2 Applies to under- and postgraduate students. Please upload a copy of a Student's ID or a written confirmation (in English) signed by the head of department during your registration. 
3 Lunch bags can only be ordered prior to the congress, no onsite orders are possible!
4 Entirely at participants‘ expense 

3 Standard lunch bags contain:
– 1 sandwich
– 1 wrap or something similar
– 1 pastry
– 1 piece of fruit
– 1 chocolate bar
– 0,5 l sparkling water
      3 Premium lunch bags contain:
– 1 salad (greek, pasta, couscous…)
– 1 large tramezzini roll
– 1 bagel
– 1 pastry
– 1 piece of fruit
– 1 chocolate bar
– 0,5 l sparkling water
– Nescoffee in a can  / or Smoothie

For those not ordering lunch bags two cash bars (cold and warm snacks) and a traditional “Wiener Würstelstand” (different kind of sausages – also vegan) will be offered onsite. There are also a couple of lunch bistros and shops nearby the venue.

How to register

After August 23, 2015, pre-registration will be closed, but you may register at the “On-site registration Desk” in the ACV in Vienna, which will open on Sunday, September 6, 2015, at 10:00 hrs.

What is covered by the registration fee?

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Admission to exhibition
  • Admission to networking mixer
  • Electronic abstract book on USB and printed final program
  • Coffee/tea during breaks from Monday, September 7 to Wednesday, September 9  

Payment modalities

Payment of Registration fees may be made in EURO by:

Bank transfer to the congress account
Payments should be made without charges to the beneficiary. Any bank charges will be collected on site. Clearly state the participant's name(s), matching with the name(s) on the registration form.  

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard  

IMPORTANT
The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has been paid to the congress account within the according deadlines.  Registering without performing an actual payment will automatically set your balance to the fee applicable onsite.  

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive written confirmation of registration by e-mail when the registration form has been received and the payment has been credited to the congress account. Kindly note that payments made within 1 week prior to the congress cannot be confirmed in writing. If you made a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.

Cancellations and refunds

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email or fax to the congress office. Registration fees may be refunded as follows:

Written cancellation received:
– before June 30, 2015: 75% refund
– between July 1 and August 23, 2015: 25% refund
– after August 23, 2015: no refund

The date of receipt of the email or fax ID will be the basis for considering refunds. Please state your bank details (IBAN, BIC) on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the congress.

Registration schedule

Sept. 2014 – June 30, 2015:         Pre-Registration & payment at the reduced rate.
At the venue, please register at the “Pre-registration desk”
June 30, 2015   First cancellation deadline (75% refund)
July 1 – August 23, 2015:   Pre-Registration & payment at regular rate.
At the venue, please register at the “Pre-registration desk”
August 23, 2015:   Second cancellation deadline (25% refund)
No refund is possible if the cancellation is received after this date!
August 23, 2015:   Deadline for pre-registration.
New/additional registrations prior to the congress can no longer be accepted.
Please register onsite at the congress venue.
September 6 – 9, 2015:   Onsite registration & payment at onsite rate.
Please do not send in registration forms or perform bank transfers within this period.
Please register and pay at the “Onsite-registration desk” at the venue.
